Send methods
Legalesign offers several ways to send documents. Each method suits a different situation depending on how many documents, how many recipients, and how much control you need.
Quick Send
Upload a document and send it immediately without creating a reusable template. Best for one-off documents that don't need to be repeated.
Standard Send
Select one or more existing templates, fill in recipient details and any sender fields, then send. This is the default method for most day-to-day sending.
Batch
Group multiple documents into a single package so recipients move through them together. Use batching when the same recipients need to complete several documents as one flow and document order may matter.
Multi-send
Send multiple documents at the same time without grouping them into a batch. The documents are dispatched together operationally but remain independent -- recipients receive separate notifications for each.
Bulk Send
Send the same template to many recipients at scale using a CSV file. Each row in the CSV defines a recipient and can include personalised sender field values. Best for high-volume dispatch such as policy updates or annual enrolments.
