How to send a reminder to a recipient
You can send a reminder to any document recipient who has not yet completed or rejected their document.
To send a reminder:
- Go to the Sent section.
- Find the relevant document and recipient. If you need help locating it, see Using the search bar.
- Click the participant's name.
- Click Send a Reminder.
- In the reminder modal, optionally add a personal message.
- Send the reminder.
